The Layaway Plan is only available for Custom Full Lace, Front Lace and No Glue Lace Wigs, Lace Frontals, and
Crown Closures.

LAYAWAY PLANS

All Layaway Plans require a 50% down payment of the total invoice, plus the

layaway plan fee. The down

payment and

layaway fee must be paid before your

lace wig is ordered.

Plan A:

3 1/2 -

4 Weeks Delivery

Layaway Fee $15.00
Payment 1: 50% of total balance + $15.00 Layaway Fee
Payment 2: Remaining balance

Plan B:

Weeks Delivery

Layaway Fee $25.00
Payment 1: 50% of total balance + $25.00 Layaway Fee
Payment 2: 50% of remaining balance
Payment 3: Remaining balance

NO REFUNDS

The down payment is non-refundable.

LAYAWAY PAYMENTS

Divas Lace Wigs will email an invoice 3 days before each payment is due based on the layaway Plan you chose.
You have 3 days from the date of the invoice to make the payment. Late payments will be assessed a $5.00 Late
Fee.

FINAL PAYMENT

Divas Lace Wigs will email an invoice for each payment due according to the Layaway Plan you chose. You have

days

from the date of the invoice to make your payment. If

the payment is

not

made,

a late charge fee of

.00 will be accessed. The

Final

payment

must be paid before your lace wig is shipped to you.

Divas Lace Wigs will email an invoice 3 days before the final payment is due based on the layaway plan you

have 3 days from the date of the invoice to make the final payment.

Final payments that are not received within the 3 day period will be accessed a $

.00 late fee. The

layaway

will

only be held 30 days

Lace wigs left over 2 weeks will be charged a $25.00 storage fee. This fee must be paid before unit is shipped.

UNCLAIMED LAYAWAYS

Layaways are consider unclaimed, if the balance remains unpaid 60 days after

from the first

notification

requesting

the Final

payment.

The

order will be cancelled. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS. THERE ARE NO STORE CREDITS.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS. THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Custom lace wigs are made according to your specifications, color, hairline, length, texture, etc. and cannot be

resold or re-stocked.
