The Divas Lace Wigs website is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions located on our site. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site. We may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the Site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the Terms and Conditions and other applicable law. THE LAYAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT SUPERSEDE OUR STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BUT WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THIS POLICY.

Before making a purchase, we ask that you contact us FIRST with any questions you may have.

Layaway Return and Exchange Policy Details

ITEM 1: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final due the uniqueness of custom Lace Wigs, Lace Frontals, Crown Closures, Weaving and Bulk, and Eyebrows.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Exchanges and No Returns for custom orders. Depending on the concern, the hair system will be Repaired to correct the issue or Remade if an error was made by us or the factory. No Exceptions! Exchanges and Returns are allowed for Stock Lace Wigs only. Refer to Lace Wigs Terms and Conditions to review our Store Terms and Conditions.

If you are having a problem with the hair replacement you just received, you MUST notify us within 48 hours of receipt via EMAIL describing your issue. We will respond to your email within 48 hours. If you call us, you MUST follow up your phone call or voice message with an EMAIL describing your issue. In order to resolve your issue, All CUSTOM HAIR PRODUCTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO DIVAS LACE WIGS FOR EVALUATION.

 

When Divas Lace Wigs receives the HAIR PRODUCT, we will evaluate it for the issues you described. Depending on the results of the evaluation, the hair product will either be corrected or returned to you. If we return the hair product to you, we will include a detailed description of our findings showing how we arrived at our conclusion.


ITEM 2: LAYAWAY AGREEMENT

Acceptance of the Layaway Plan is contingent upon the payment being received by Divas Lace Wigs. Once the payment is accepted, the customer agrees to the Divas Lace Wigs Terms and Conditions and Layaway Terms and Conditions.


ITEM 3: DEPOSITS

Divas Lace Wigs offers a Layaway Plan (payment) to its customers to assist with the cost of the hair system. All Layaway Plans require a 50% down payment of the total invoice, plus the layaway plan fee. The deposit payment and layaway fee must be paid before the lace wig is ordered.


ITEM 4: PAYMENTS

Layaway payments must be paid for as agreed and must be paid in full before the product is shipped to you. Divas Lace Wigs will email an invoice to your prior to shipping for the balance due. This invoice must be paid within 3 days of receipt of the invoice. If the invoice remains unpaid, Divas Lace Wigs will email you a total of three times to pay your balance due. If the invoice is not paid in 3 days, we will instruct the factory to ship your product to us and we will charge you an additional $10.00 to mail the product to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS).


ITEM 5: LAYAWAY SET UP FEE

A layaway fee applies in connection with the set-up and/or maintenance of the layaway plan. The Layaway fee is based on the Layaway Plan chosen. The Layaway fee is non-refundable.


ITEM 6: LAYAWAY TERM

The layaway term is for the period specified in the layaway agreement (i.e, 4 - 8 weeks) selected. If you require an extension, please notify us. Divas Lace Wigs may extend the due date an additional two weeks. We will request the factory to ship your hair system to us. Once your balance is paid, which includes the $10.00 USPS mailing fee, we will mail your hair system to you.


ITEM 7: BALANCE DUE

The Balance Due and PayPal invoice will be emailed to you prior to shipping. Payment is due upon receipt as your hair system is pending shipping. If your payment is not paid within 3 days from the date of the invoice, we will authorize the factory to ship your hair system to us and you will be charged an additional $10.00 to mail your hair system to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Balance due must be paid before your hair system is shipped to you.

Layaway items will only be held for 30 days. If the balance due remains unpaid after 120 days, your order will be cancelled. No refunds or store credit will be issued.


ITEM 8: UNCLAIMED LAYAWAYS

Layaway is considered unclaimed if the balance remains unpaid for over 120 days from the first notification requesting the Balance Due. On the 121st day, we will notify you that we cancel your order. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

We believe the key to wearing a lace wig is to achieve a natural and undetectable look!
