We want to assure you that we’ve taken steps to ensure we stay open for business, we follow government advice that will protect you and us. Upon scheduling your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent. This email provides the day, date and time you reserved, our COVID-19 instructions and what you need to do to prepare for your visit. 

What You Need to Know: Due to COVID-19, the industry is experiencing delays in production and delivery of custom and stock human hair products.

  • Custom products require 3-4 months for production.


  • Stock products may require 3-10 days, depending on the alterations requested.

  • Delivery by carriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS may take up to 5 days depending on location. Due to the current pandemic, please be aware some shipments may be delayed.
