Manufacturing Time
- You will be notified via email when your order ships and provided with a shipment tracking number.
- Hair products may be shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS.
- Shipping Costs: (We offer FREE Combined shipping for up to 2 hair products.)
- US Orders
- $28.00 All hair products (except Eyebrows)
- $23.00 Eyebrows
- International and APO Address Orders
- $40.00 All hair products (except Eyebrows)
- $35.00 Eyebrows
- International packages may be subject to custom fees and import duties of the shipped to country. All applicable
customs and/or duty charges are always the responsibility of the customer. Divas Lace Wigs is unable to determine
custom fees in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
- Signature Delivery: You know your neighborhood better than we do. The choice is up to you.
- Signature Delivery: $5.00, plus the shipping cost below. You or someone answering your door can sign for
the package. Only you or the person answering your door can sign for the package. Signature Delivery
protects you and guarantees you will receive the product.
Signature Delivery is only required if your Billing Address is different than your Shipping Address.
- No Signature Required: Shipping cost only. Customer takes full responsibility for delivery once the
package reaches its destination. If you are not home when the package is delivered, the courier will leave
your package at the door, on the porch, etc. Divas Lace Wigs will not be held responsible for products
shipped using the No Signature Required shipping type.
Accessories
- Mailing charges for accessories are charged by the number of items purchased. Visit Accessories for pricing.
- Divas Lace Wigs does not ship accessory products to International destinations.
Shipping Address
- The Shipping address must match the Billing address on your PayPal invoice. We do not ship to an address that is
different from the address on the invoice unless Signature Delivery is selected. This applies to both US and
International orders. This is to help prevent fraudulent orders.
Rush Orders
- $50.00 for each hair product, except Eyebrows. Rush is not available for Eyebrows.

Shipping, Manufacturing, and Delivery
- For US and most International Orders, delivery is 3 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Some International
orders require DHL shipping. For these orders, delivery may take 4- 5 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
- Note: Shipping time starts from the date shipped from the factory and it is not included in the time it takes to
manufacture your hairpiece.
- The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when your order is placed with the factory, plus
the 3 day shipping, except for certain International orders which require 4 - 5 days.
Wrong Addresses
- Divas Lace Wigs is not responsible for failure of delivery due to the WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS placed at
payment. - Returned items, due to an incorrect address will result in additional shipping charges paid by you.
- Contact us immediately if the address is incorrect. Email divaslacewigs@yahoo.com to advise. We will make
every attempt to change the address to get the package to you.
Shipping Notification
When your hair product is ready, Divas Lace Wigs will email to you the name of the carrier, tracking number and
expected delivery date.
