Signature Delivery: You know your neighborhood better than we do. The choice is up to you.

Signature Delivery: $5.00, plus the shipping cost above. You or someone answering your door can sign for
the package. Only you or the person answering your door can sign for the package. Signature Delivery
protects you because a signature is required before the product can be received.

Signature Delivery is only required if your Billing Address is different than your Shipping Address.

No Signature Required: Shipping cost only. Customer takes full responsibility for delivery once the package
reaches its destination. If you are not home when the package is delivered, the courier will leave your
package at the door, on the porch, etc. Divas Lace Wigs will not be held responsible for products
shipped using the No Signature Required shipping type.

Shipping, Manufacturing, and Delivery

Delivery

For US and most International Orders, delivery is 3 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Some International
orders require DHL shipping. For these orders, delivery may take 4- 5 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Note:

Shipping time

starts from the date shipped from the factory and

is not included in the time

it takes

manufacture your hairpiece.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when your order is placed with the factory, plus
the 3 day shipping, except for certain International orders which require 4 - 5 days.

Wrong Addresses

Divas Lace Wigs is not responsible for failure of delivery due to the WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS placed at
payment.
Returned items, due to an incorrect address will result in additional shipping charges paid by you.
Contact us immediately if the address is incorrect. Email divaslacewigs@yahoo.com to advise. We will make
every attempt to change the address to get the package to you.
